Xias Catering was built on one belief: an occasion is only as memorable as the table set for it. What started as a passion for feeding family and friends has grown into a full catering house — one that still plans every menu, every setup, and every detail by hand.
Today that same care travels two ways: through elegant, full-service catering for weddings and formal events, and through the Xias mobile kitchen, bringing the same recipes curbside to corporate lots, festivals, and celebrations across Pittsburgh.

How far in advance should I book?+
For full-service events we recommend two to three weeks; drop-off catering and boxed lunches can often be arranged with a few days' notice. Text us for same-week availability.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?+
Absolutely. We regularly build halal, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menus. Tell us how your guests eat and we'll design a spread everyone can share.
What areas do you serve?+
We cater across the greater city area with both pickup and delivery. For events outside our usual radius, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
What's the difference between full-service catering and event vending?+
Full-service catering is a planned, staffed spread for your guest list — plated or buffet, set up and broken down by our team. Event vending is live, on-site service for festivals, markets, and corporate lots, where guests come to us and food is cooked fresh in front of them.
How does pricing work?+
Most spreads are priced per person or per tray, starting from $14. Bar service, event planning, and meal prep are quoted individually — call or email us and we'll send a detailed estimate.
